Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. Please email us at kamalikajewels@gmail.com for cancellation requests.
Returns
Due to the handmade nature of our jewellery, we only accept returns if the item is damaged or defective upon delivery.
- Notify us within 2 days of delivery with photos.
- Item must be unused and in original packaging.
Refunds
Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet our policy.
